ES&HS is a shared responsibility at BECIS. Leaders are accountable for establishing safe systems of work and providing the necessary resources, while employees and contractors are responsible for identifying hazards, managing risks, and intervening when unsafe conditions or behaviors are observed. - Strive for Zero Harm throughout the business process and commit to upholding human rights by taking precaution to exclude all forms of modern slavery from operations.
