On September 15 2022, Tagum Agricultural Development Company, Inc. (TADECO) and BECIS celebrated the groundbreaking of the 1.55 MWp grid-tied ground mounted solar project located amidst the 6,000-hectare banana plantation at Barangay Minda, Carmen, Davao del Norte, Philippines. The project is expected to be completed by December 2022. The event was well attended by TADECO senior executives namely Agricultural Operations VP Alexis Cantil, FInance VP Pamela Pasinabo, Engineering VP Ruel Tan, Owners’ representative Ms. Victoria Brias, other senior leaders of TADECO and its affiliate companies. Meanwhile, BECIS was represented by Group Executives Rahul Dasari, Indrajeet Dudile, Oscar Loza Duran and country GM Dennis Chan Ibarra. The program started with a blessing followed by the groundbreaking ceremonies at the project site. After which, the guests gathered at the exclusive TADECO clubhouse for a project presentation, exchange of messages and lunch.
